Justin Scott Jager

Associate Attorney

Scott Jager has practiced estate planning law since 2020, guiding clients through both the creation of estate plans and the administration of trusts and estates. He designs customized plans that prioritize probate avoidance, tax efficiency, and long-term asset protection, while also representing clients in probate matters.

After several years in private practice, Scott worked with a Nevada corporate trustee, gaining firsthand experience in trust administration and observing how estate plans function after implementation.

His background gives him a dual perspective: he not only drafts well-structured plans on paper, but ensures they are practical and durable in the real world.

Clients value his ability to make complex planning concepts clear and approachable, and his collaborative approach with financial advisors and CPAs ensures that estate plans integrate seamlessly into broader wealth-building strategies. His experience ranges from straightforward revocable trust plans to advanced planning techniques focused on minimizing estate and gift taxes.

Outside of his practice, Scott enjoys playing chess, reading, traveling, and staying active.
